Return & Refund Policy
- We at the drip co. ensure that all the product(s) you receive are of the highest quality and passed through our 3 step quality check.
- In case you receive a product with any kind of damage, stains on the rug, or more that 2-3% variation is size, please email us at sales@thedripcorugs.in within 48 hours of receiving the rug with proper pictures.
- Depending on the nature of the defect, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase amount.
- Please ensure that all tags and labels are intact and the product is unused.
Terms & Conditions
- Custom made rugs are not returnable and once payment made cannot be refunded.
- In case of a defect, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
- Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug.
- A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
- The Item (s) must have the original packing, labels and tags intact. Altered and illegible serial numbers will also void return.
- We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
- In case of a damaged/ defective item reaching you, we will replace it without any cost after examining the returned items.
- If you wish to cancel the order before the production starts, we would be happy to do that but no refunds will be processed. we can give you store credits that can be used later .
